Hello and welcome to all Padel lovers!

Finally we have got together a good bunch of talented players and the long awaited first round of Div 1 Serious Amateurs can get started! My name is Anmar Khazal and I have volunteered to organize this hobby project, so please have patience if I have missed anything. Also, feel free to point out any improvements, happy to adapt accordingly!


League rules:

  • 6 teams
  • 2 players per team
  • All teams meet twice per round
  • Matches are played "best of 3 sets", according to tennis scoring
  • The top two teams in ranks up a division (wishful thinking, depends on continued new / interest)
  • The remaining teams remain in the division (wishful thinking, depends on continued new / interest)
  • Home team are responsible for results reporting via ligaspel.se/seriosa-amators
  • Home team are responsible for booking, cost and balls (or according to agreement between the teams)
  • The first round of the leagues division 1 is currently scheduled to end 30/9, so recommend that you try to play 1 match a week!
  • On a regular plane (10x20m) you always play double
  • Score is the same as tennis
  • The lines on the plan are only used for serving
  • Serve should be beaten underhand and bounce in the opponent's server box
  • Serve may bounce up in the glass wall, but if it bounces in a grille it is incorrect
  • One has two services on it
  • If the ball goes straight into the opponent's wall then it counts as out. Before the ball takes in the opponent's wall, it must bounce in the ground.
  • You can play volley (not on serve), semi-volley or let the ball bounce on glass / screen wall.
  • You can also hit the ball on its own glass wall to get it over to the opponents' half of the game
  • One must not hit the ball in the grid on his own side
